Basketball court was rejected due to location. It’s visible on google maps and OSM

Supplemental information: “Located near Stăuceni’s City Hall, this basketball court is a great place to exercise, play some basketball and have fun with others!”
Located at: 47°05’17.5"N 28°52’01.8"E

Btw, even if a k-12 is nearby, it’s not located on its grounds. Fully separate and accessible to everyone.

There are no other wayspots in its S2 cell, closest one is 80m away.

Good day and welcome!

If your goal is to appeal a nomination rejection, this is not the place for it. Wayspot Appeals do appeal restoration/removal decisions, different from nomination rejections but I can see why it would be confusing.

Nomination appeals are accessible through the contribution management page. We have 2 at a time that cycles 20 days after each use.

If you are asking for nomination support as the tag implies, please do include the text and supporting information. These may be crucial for how to workshop your submission.

Good day.
Mate, I’m aware of the 2 appeals rule, though I am not asking to appeal. Just trying to figure out what’s wrong with it.
Supporting intel is in a comment.
Cheers.

Do u have the coordinate?

Aye

47°05’17.5"N 28°52’01.8"E

Ok

I will be frank. It really doesnt look like basket ball court. What you can do is getting ur supporting photo including any building tall enough to be seen from satelite

Only one half of the court is used for basketball. Edited the post, should include the area photo as well. It has the markings & all

Its not about the marking. Problem is, satelite dont show the marking. So u nd to prove that its real basketball court.

If its clearly visible like below, u wont have this issue

I see.
Should I scrap this whole wayspot?

Nope. U need a bettee supporting photo. One that show building behind it

Gotcha.
Cheers mate

If you can show where is this building in supporting photo, you can prove your location.

One of the things that helped me get better with supporting photos was to review. Once i saw how hard it can be to tell if a thing is really there, i figured out what evidence i needed to provide for my own submissions.

True. Put urself in reviewer shoes. If even i myself wont approve it, i wont submit it

This is example of my approved submission where there is no street view and satelite doesnt show the pool yet.

I am using 3 buildings as point of reference to prove i am standing next to the pool.

You can see that the buildings and the road will match the satelite
