Your photo can be improved a lot. Machine Learning probably rejected your nomination because it couldn’t distinguish anything eligible in it. I would suggest a close up photo of the basket for any future attempts.

You nd to look into the rejection cause. But i agree that this is suposed to be one of the easy approve nomination if its visible from satelite and/or street view

I believe I found the location on Google Maps, so I am responding in good faith.
Can you let us know if either of these represent the Basketball Court in your nomination?
As there is no Street View available around these 2 locations, I am unable to confirm the buildings and objects around the basketball court in order to tell where this location is. This isn’t to say your nomination doesn’t exist, but makes it harder to determine if the Court is on Private Property or genuinely publicly accessible.

Anyway basketball court is usually easy to approve unless its in school ground or not visible from satelite/street view.
Since its community reject, i would like to know why they reject it. It would be more helpful if u can point to exact location where is it since most people here is just players like you with no access to your account
Personally if i look into satelite view that pidgry slayer provided, its none of them since surrounding photo show building with brown roof.

Yes, my bad. They won’t still be there after you appeal. When you made the appeal, did you note what the rejection reasons were there?

Ah sorry. The reason gone once you appeal. But on the other note. The building on the west (both brown amd blue) match ur surrounding photo. So u should point this out since this area dont have street view. So people are relying on satelite view and surrounding photo. You can use collage to put 2-3 surrounding photo together so people can see from more angle. But location wise seems ok if your drop pin in that x mark.
I forgot the reason why. I probably got disappointed why the nomination did not push through that’s why I immediately appealed. I’ll keep you guys updated once I have the results. Usually how long does it take for the appeals team to make a decision on this?

They are usually very fast, normally under two weeks and often even faster.

Good luck with the appeal. Are you able to take a 360 photo of the location or a short video to show it is a public Basketball Court? It may or may not help with the appeal, but may give the staff more reason to approve.
