When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
Thats an image from the Wayfarer app. We can’t help with this. That app is meant for developers. Wayspots submitted this way don’t go through the normal Wayfarer review process. Many times even when they are accepted, they don’t show up in the games despite meeting the inclusion rules.
Niantic warned us over and over not to use the app, but people ignored those warnings. And then weird things happened with their submissions.
The Wayspot Appeals category is not for appealing rejected nominations. You appeal those from your contributions page if you submitted through Pokemon Go or Ingress.

I checked the coordinates anyway, and this appears to be at a K-12 school for children under legal age, so it would be ineligible anyway if that is correct.
Hi @cyndiepooh and @seaprincesshnb thanks both for your replies, was just interested to learn about the reasoning for this portal to be removed. Not sure, but from the local experience the basketball court runs paralel to the schoolcourt, without clear borders. I checked this with the land registry and this indeed seems to be the case. Anyway, I wasn’t the portal submitter, just wanted to understand whats happening here, thanks for both your answers.
