I don’t see a portal here on iitc, so I am not sure what you are asking.

K-12 schools are not eligible to be Wayspots.

Are you maybe trying to report and remove an invalid Power Spot? Most Power Spots are nothing to do with Wayfarer and need to be reported through Pokémon Go. You don’t get emails to tell you if your report has been successful or not. The Wayfarer team cannot help with removing them unless they happen to also be a Wayspot in the Lightship database.
