My submission is always waiting after 2 weeks even I choose amélioration. Is it normal?

Yep. It’s normal. Upgrading a nomination just widens the audience that gets to review your nomination.
This should not be normal, but the most recent people who posted long waits were told everything was working correctly. I think this is especially an issue in France? but am not sure about that.
So it’s not interesting to use wayfarer if after having the 100 common agreements, which takes time, my submission is still pending. I will stop voting because it is not interesting if the improvements do not work….
It still is useful to review, even if the upgrades are not working as expected, to get the other nominations resolved so hopefully reviewers will get to see yours.
