If the answer is yes can i use some of the pictures they have on their Instagram as POI nomination? The site is big, occupying 9 small cells. They have soccer, tennis fields, pools, BBQ sites.

Referring to the tooltip under Appropriate in the review page, ticketed locations are allowable.
However, note that educational facilities centered for minors fall into the schools rejection.
It may be best to include the specific location so you can get feedback on whether it does fall into which judgement.
Also note the rejection criteria where third party photos are disallowed.
Photo includes one or more of emojis, tags, or personally identifiable information such as codenames, personal names or initials, or addresses; copyrighted material or watermarks, including screenshots of someone else’s photo; is obviously doctored; includes people, body parts, or live animals as the subject matter; is blurry, over/under exposed, taken inside a car, contains a watermark, or is improperly oriented.

There’s actually quite a lot that can be submitted here, not just the camp. It appears to have a water park, several athletic fields and courts, and picnic areas, as well.
It does appear that cabins can be reserved to stay in, so it’s similar to a lakeside resort here in the US.
