It’s in the same cell as Watson Park Community Grill & Picnic Area. It looks like there are two rest areas almost next to each other. One is in the same cell as the Grill, the other is in an adjacent cell. The best I can tell, you photographed the one in the shared cell, so it is placed correctly.

Would you mind showing me a screenshot of how it’s laid out in the map you’re seeing? From pogo.info, I was thinking the Grill wayspot was not in the same cell as this one, but it’s hard to tell since the Grill isn’t on that map.
PogoMap is user submitted data and notoriously not very good (their satellite imagery is also very low quality compared to IITC). Unless people know how to properly source coordinates, you tend to end up with lots of inaccuracies on there.

Oh i had posted this and removed it because I thought they were asking about a second grill wayspot that won’t show on iitc.
I don’t actually see the name of the wayspot they are asking about posted anywhere.
