Can there be a second look into these mass edits of LDS Churches?

I have been adding information that includes city information to the title and description for these and they are being approved only to be replaced with less accurate information later on.

But when I am going on my contributions page and looking at the edits I am seeing the same boilerplate titles and descriptions replacing more accurate information.

I don’t see the point in even trying to add more information than “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints” and their generic description if they are going to keep submitting these until local reviewers approve them even if the information this person or group are stripping local information to harmonize these churches nationally.

I remember when I got the edits for the church in my city, and I rejected both. I haven’t seen another edit come through since then, which was back in June, if I remember correctly. I also checked the Wayspot, and the edits seemed to be rejected by the community as well, and nothing has changed.

I still get them too. It’s really weird that Niantic keeps letting them through. Or got a million a year ago, and are releasing them in batches?

You can try to appeal the edit so that it is restored to its correct description.
