Can this be a pokestop?

The link is the image. It’s a bird house. But it has a logo of the football team of my small town. I do think it’s quite significant and important for us. Also it’s hand made by a kid who’s playing in the club so it is unique and not mass produced as niantic says when they decline my request. This is the only one in the whole town. It’ve also been on the tree for 5 years since 2020.

This is what they say: Thanks for the appeal, Wayfinder! The nomination in question does not meet the Wayfarer criteria, as it is a mass-produced birdhouse that has no uniqueness. If this assessment is not accurate, please resubmit the nomination with additional context. We recommend you review the Wayspot Criteria and Forum Criteria Discussions Library sections before submitting your next Wayspot contribution: Wayfarer — Niantic Technical Support and Help Center and Forum Criteria Discussions Library — Wayfarer Help Center

As well as not really being a great place to socialise, exercise or explore, bird and bat boxes are typically seen as not good because players may end up disturbing the wildlife that is using them.

Okay thank you. But just for clarification this bird house is on a tree that’s located next to quite many houses so I don’t think it’s ever any bird in there.

There is also the concern of being on private property. For example, LFL’s (little free library) tend to be ineligible as they are usually on some families’ lawn, but ones that are placed outside of businesses and at parks are fair game.
This one is more likely to be a possibility-of-wildlife-disturbance issue more than anything, though
