This looks like a homemade attempt at a fake trail marker that would probably get the submitter in trouble - unless you have any documentation for this.

If we are to help you, can you tell us a little bit more about what this is exactly and what trail it relates to. Normally trail markers are at points on a trail where there is some sort of change does this apply here
