The Help / Support chat accessible from Wayfarer has helped me several times where no other avenue worked.
My issue is: Once you open a chat, you can not open another one without having that one closed; and you are at a mercy of the server / your browser before your conversation disappears - so it cannot really be a conversation, rather you submit some request and hope for the best.
Could we move to some more “standard” way like having our open chat requests / tickets in the Help sections, so we can get back to them, provide more info, and perhaps respond to queries by the help team?
