Hi everyone, I have a quick question.
There’s this Help Chat on the website, but every time I’ve been away for a few hours, I have to log in again and the chat resets completely, so I can’t see my previous messages or my ticket anymore.
I’ve also never received a reply by email. Over the past 1–2 weeks I’ve been trying to use the chat several times, but without any success.
Does anyone have any tips, or am I doing something wrong?

The help chat does not send any replies theough Email. The reply is send in the same screen where you contacted them.
Are you logging in with a different device? When I do that the chat also disappears.
I always log in through my phone, but if I’m away from the website for a few hours (like 2–3 hours), I have to log in again. After that, the chat history is completely gone I can’t see my previous messages or the ticket anymore.
Have you cleared your browser cookies or browsing data? Those messages are stored here.
