I’m totally aware of the frustration of moving around to try and find nominations to review. This was acknowledged in this post
However when it comes to the allocation of rewards there has to be a line drawn at some point and that line for community rewards was at 40. It is unfortunate that this adjusted qualifying amount is higher than what you managed to do but that is the situation that we have. 
Since you are not due to get the rewards it is not helpful to keep posting that you haven’t had them. So please refrain from posting.
