Hello,
I’m having the same issue that I had in a previous challenge. I didn’t get the e-mail. (not in spam or any hidden Apple mail stuff). I have done >500 reviews (last screenshot I took says 506)
It probably was again sent to my old Google address that doesn’t exist any more, but was used when creating the account.

I only got a Tier 3 code for Pokémon, not Ingress

I see that your Ingress account is not Wayfarer eligible. This is why you did not receive the rewards for Ingress.
