Our poi vanished weeks ago and our new CA (2nd) was told they are only temporary for community days etc and to re-apply during the next community day which was this past weekend yet it’s not been returned and now being told it will be the next community day. After talking with other CA’s I’m told that it’s no longer how it works and that only a CA can remove or if it violates terms which is not the case. The 1st CA is on loa who founded the group with me (I only retained admin level). What can I do as admin? Anything or is the new inexperienced CA the only one who can do something? And what do they actually need to do to fix? thank you!
