I had a way stop put into the game it was there for a few days then just disappeared with no notice and nothing is in the same cell

There is a chance that Niantic revisited the appeal decision and reversed it.
Your appeal notes are a little sub-standard. Iām very surprised this caused the community decision to be reversed, even without seeing your full submission, because Panera is just a generic chain restaurant and your appeal does nothing to overcome that.

Also - when wayspots are removed from the system (or removed just from Pokemon Go but kept in wayfarer) for any reason, the original submitter is never notified.
This can be frustrating when you realise your wayspots have gone and have to appeal to get them back (which I have done), but I understand the reason/s for not informing the submitter automatically.
