I’m trying to upload a pokestop for review/approval. However, everytime I hit New Pokestop in the app, it links me to a showcase of a list of submissions with no indications on where to complete a tutorial. I tried exploring the list of tabs, but still nothing available. Please help.

You don’t submit from the Wayfarer site, you submit from your game. Reviewing the information they showed you IS the tutorial. After you restart Pokemon Go, you go to Settings>Uploads, and access the button for “New Pokestop” - I put that in there for people who read this post who haven’t found it yet. It sounds like you have completed the tutorial since you are seeing the button, so you may just need to do the restart. Let us know if this worked.

Adding in a screenshot of what you should see when you tap the New Pokestop button:
With the toggle turned on, it shows Wayspots that are live but not in Pokemon Go as exclamation points. That can help avoid submitting duplicates.
