Hi, I received a warning about a policy violation: ‘Reviewers Influencing’. After submitting some PokéStop nominations, I was surprised to see this. What exactly does ‘reviewers influencing’ mean? Are you assuming that I tried to convince someone to review my nominations in a certain way? I honestly don’t understand what I did wrong — I haven’t done anything inappropriate. I’m just worried about my account, and now I’m afraid to submit any new PokéStop nominations
Moreover, I’d like to ask for clarification regarding my account. I currently have three warnings (in the past I wasn’t always a 100% honest player), but for over a year now I’ve been playing fairly and really enjoying the game. I also make YouTube videos about Pokémon GO here in Poland. My question is: if my account already has three warnings, and I receive one more — for example, related to PokéStop nominations — could this result in an instant permanent ban?
I got something like u sent right now “Account suspension notice”. But I still do not know why did I get this strike, I want to add more pokestops in the future but I’m also afraid of my account becuase of youtube channel.
30days account suspension notice? You should get email on which wayspot cause that suspension. If you are comfortable you can share that nomination so we can have a look. Ban is not publicly discussed so you can also wait for staff to come and DM yiu
Only Wayfarer staff can access people’s nominations, but if you want us to venture some guesses as community members then please share a screenshot of this whole nomination. (including supporting information and all photos - feel free to react location if uncomfortable)
It’s been commented by staff a few times that action on other nominations happens when something is rejected for abuse.
That, and you are only given one example of content that broke guidelines - it doesn’t follow that other content wasn’t found to break guidelines. Basically you don’t know if you are being warned for one nomination or for 10 or for 100, because the warning email can only include a single example.
If you really believe you got suspension by mistake and you are comfortable with sharing, you can share the rest of your nomination. That way we might be able to comment which part cause suspension. After that you can appeal in the email sent to you or you can wait for staff to DM you. Ur call
