Typically an appeal is done thorough the Wayfarer page. But I know you don’t have access to that at the moment. We can definitely help figure out ways to improve the nomination now though. It does sound like a very interesting place.

We don’t know how the automatic process works.
The appeal process is there as a way to give submitters a chance to explain further and for a human to review it.
It can be hard when you are very familiar with a place to think about how those unfamiliar may view it.
From only looking at the photo it is not obvious to me as someone who is unfamiliar with the area exactly what this building is for. And the fence also detracts further.
Is there anything with the name of the place?
Is it viewable on streetview?
Your email confirming the submission will have the co ordinates of the submission.
It appears that there is some signage at the spot you have pinned. If this is related to the crypt I think you should try again with the signs at the pin location.

Google shows a crypt where I have circled is google correct.
It is very hard to see where the photo is
I couldn’t read the signs that let’s roll girl has shown but I recognise the EU symbol so it looks like this could be a relevant place

I think the signage on the doorway which matches your pin position makes for a better nomination.
I think this could cut down on confusion to get the nomination accepted. You could use a photo of the crypt as one of your supporting photos. (If you nominate from the Wayfarer site you can include up to 5 photos.

Proverò a usare la foto del cartello allora ! Molto pokestop in gioco riguardanti chiese, hanno come foto la chiesa stessa e questo deve avermi influenzato

I’m sorry to bother you again, but it seems that you’re using Apple Maps imagery enhanced with AI for your photos. I just wanted to make you aware that these kinds of photos are not allowed.
Like in the example I showed in your other thread ( Ingiustizia niantic ai giardini marcinelle! bannata senza motivo! - #23 by V1sionGrid ), the picture on the left is the one you submitted, and the picture on the right is the Apple Maps imagery. They are clearly the same image, with the submitted photo appearing to be an AI-edited version of the Apple Maps picture. (Via Mater Domini 80 Unit 98 - Apple Maps)
I wanted to point this out in case you were unaware, as photos used for submissions must be photographs taken by yourself and not images derived from third-party sources or imagery.

You posted in three threads on this forum today, and all three pictures appear to be exact duplicates of the Apple Maps imagery. I’m simply trying to make you aware that these kinds of pictures are not allowed, and I’m genuinely trying to help you avoid potential issues with your account in the future.
The images you’ve posted match the Apple Maps imagery exactly, so it’s difficult to see how they could be original photographs taken by you. 
No apprezzo molto il tuo aiuto ! Però se leggi l’ultimo post che ho creato in cui chiedo supporto per il cartello rifiutato , potrai constatare che la foto scattata è mia , è piuttosto palese
