i think that programmers of niantic are useless and don’t know do work well… all of web pages are confused and cannot help anyone.
Hi @JPacrCP
You sound really frustrated. Can you tell us more about your situation? We may be able to help if you tell us more.
obviously i am frustrated.
i cannot found any place where i can really resolve problems because the website looks very difficult to use and bad build having not any place to get really help.
other thing is about of my sumbitions of pokestops. i cannot reply unaproved yesterday and the pokestop that i submited, was already a pokestop and the last pokestop aproved, already was a gym
You have come to a place where you can get help, both from other wayfinders and also from Niantic if they feel a thread requires a response from them.
Yeah the web pages can be a bit confusing. I find it just takes some time and exploration. Though others may have better advice on that.
As for Appeals - you can have a maximum of 2 available at a time. They replenish 15 days after you use them. So I suspect you have used 2 within the last 2 weeks. You should have more on the way.
If you would like some feedback on your nomination before you appeal it, you can post screenshots of your Title, Description, main photo, and support. We are pretty good about finding ways to improve things if you’re interested.
I’m not sure I understand the last situation. Was a spot removed and you are trying to nominate it again?
Did you get a wayspot submission rejected for being Duplicate?
This can occur for the following reasons:
The POI is already a pokestop/gym in Pokemon Go
The POI is already a wayspot but not visible in Pokemon Go; resubmitting it will not change this to make it visible. You can see these on the pokestop submission map in Pokemon Go.
There is already something else representing that POI. For example, a playground is a single wayspot, so submitting a single piece of equipment at that playground would be marked as duplicate of the existing wayspot if it already has one.
As you can see, i cannot reply my submition.
This was already pokestop, but was removed but i don’t know why
This was rejected by the automatic system (ML) that Niantic use to remove a lot of ineligible submissions. At a guess, this will be because the photo doesn’t look like a trail marker or because it looks like it is on the wall of a single-family private residential property (SFPRP)
If it is on SFPRP, then it was correctly removed and should not be resubmitted.
But its is on a street. I think that its a bit error by niantic, because Will do not problems to a single family.
I think that the family did permition to put the trail marker there in them wall
Unfortunately Niantic is very strict about items on single family homes even if they would be eligible in other locations.
See the article here for more details:
Niantic went through a law suit many years ago because there were wayspots on a single family Private property.
Unfortunately, the family giving permission for the trail marker has no impact on its eligibility and does not overrider the rule about SFPRP.
It can be frustrating to have POI on the exterior walls of properties that you can touch from the pavement and where these is space to congregate without causing any issues, such as on the side walls where there is a large space alongside, yet they are ineligible, but this is how things have to be.
How can i make that be elegível?
Hey @JPacrCP ,
This object is ineligible as suggested by @salixsorbus and @LetsRollGirl . Please refer to the below guidelines before submitting Wayspot nominations:
Eligibility Criteria
Acceptance Criteria
Rejection Criteria
You can’t. It isn’t eligible. Please do not retry this marker, since it may get seen as abusive. Your best action is to forget this marker and look for other things. Always watch out for where the POI actually is, and avoid single-family private residential property and their exterior boundaries.
Help center is too bad and useless. I cannot find any help there because the web site was make bad
I will try do it more Times because i think that must be elegible. So i will try until be accepted
Do NOT do this. You risk your account being suspended. Niantic have said this is explicitly not eligible.
You may risk getting your Pokémon Go account suspended or banned outright if you attempt to spam something that you’ve already been told meets the rejection criteria. I would advise not doing that.
Also, for future reference you are able to post in whatever language you are most comfortable with. There are translate buttons on the forum, so if you’re struggling with English, feel free to use your native language.
That’s not a good idea.
