Denial for being a non-permanent statue... it's a statue. I promise it's permanent. Can someone explain the reasoning?

Hello, today I got banned because of my nomination that was rated as “fake nomination” even though it’s real. Nomination name was “Karpik uczeń” and it’s one of 8 sculptures of carp in my town. [IMG_1428] [IMG_1351] [IMG_1352]
