It doesn’t seem as though you provided much context for these benches, in regards to their importance to the area, as that’s what’s required. They also seem as they are for different missions, so they could each be their own Wayspot, if that’s the case. We have more criteria clarification on benches here:

Seating Benches

Memorial benches can only be eligible under the criteria for exploration if they are dedicated to a notable figure and that notability is described in the nomination. Mass produced memorial benches dedicated to friends and family are not eligible unless the nominator provides evidence of the individual’s importance to the community. Also, I would not fully capitalize the title, and instead use proper grammar. I wouldn’t capitalize BENCHES in the description as well, and note these are at NASA Johnson Space Center, not NASAJSC. I’d also call these dedication benches instead of memorial benches, as they are dedicated to those who worked on the missions, and some of those people most likely are still alive.

I would hold off on an appeal, and resubmit them, especially if they are dedicated to different missions.
