Yes, the rejection reason is for SFPRP (single family private residential property).
As long as the owner doesn’t live in his private forest, that isn’t a rejection reason for this case.
If you expand out the tool tip in the review flow, you can see that the “private property” Niantic means is SFPRP - single family private residential property, also explained here:
I know some of us have begged Niantic to make that rejection reason more clear, but they haven’t so far.

The fact there are rules about what you can and can’t do when you enter this forest demonstrates that there is no issue with access.
