Yes they are not common in U.K. and I have yet to see the double gate thing Americans talk about but they seem good to me,

This one didn’t have a sign, and it was either focus on the double gate or the poop supplies station. So I chose the double gate. It’s like a contained area where you can leash or unleash before releasing into the main play area. That prevents dogs in the main play area from getting out when someone else enters or leaves.

Dog parks are easily approved in my area. I’ve even had some approved without signage, as long as it’s obvious what the nomination is. In the case of apartment complexes, it also helps if you can point your reviewers to something that says that complex has a dog park.
As an example (ignore the acceptance date… (had a problem with plug-ins)…
Oooo i never submit dog park lol. Its very rare in indonesia. Lately more shopping mall have it. But shopping mall have many other thing to submit.
