Sometime i chang photos in my area, but 3-4 months ago, the photos dont change. these photos have all votes, but i dont know w happnd. do you have Idea?
It seems like you know about voting on the photos. The one with the most votes in Pokemon Go should become the new disc photo. At least for newer Pokestops.
Older Pokestops could have trapped votes you can’t see. Before Lightship existed, Ingress was the database for what we call Wayspots now. Back then, everything had to be an Ingress Portal before it could become a Pokestop. When the database moved away from Ingress, some votes made in Ingress became trapped to the photos. Even if you check through Ingress now, you can’t be sure how many trapped votes it has.
For your photo that isn’t changing, just keep getting more and more people to thumb the photo.
If the photo that is currently the disc photo is so bad that it needs to be removed, you can ask help chat to do that at Niantic Wayfarer through the text bubble that will pop up at the bottom right.
