Duplicate wayspots info

Hello,
in this photo there are a lot of orange wayspots that do not appear(many are with same name).

I wanted to know if it was possible to remove them or at least modify them to make them also Pokestops. I have applied many times for some activities that are eligible as wayspots but obviously rejected as duplicates

They’re most likely Power Spots. As of a few weeks ago, Power Spots now show as potential duplicates when submitting, even though they’re not part of the wayfarer database. A lot of Power Spots come from a third party database that wasn’t really curated well before they imported the data into Pokémon Go, so it’s likely that a lot of those would not actually meet the criteria for becoming a wayspot, and even if they did, there’s no way for any of the imported Power Spots to become wayspots currently.

The red wayspots on the applied map were originally used to check whether they were duplicated. If these tons of Powerspots must be placed on the applied map, how about put them appear in different forms?

Sadly none of them appear as powerspot.
So no way to change to normal pokestop ?
