No Pokestops Shows Up In My Entire Neighborhood

No Pokestops shows up in my entire neighborhood even though there are many niantic wayspots. I looked it up and saw only 2 reaaons this happens is either 1-There is another pokestop within the square(which the entire neighborhood is empty) 2- It is on private proporty which requested removel(which cant be the case as there are many different wayspots from arts to parks but none if them shows up)

So i assumed there must be bug on this side of the map, i just moved to this neigborhood and having no pokestops is pretty hard.

How can i resolve this if not from here ?

Its in Meclis(neighborhood) / Sancaktepe / Istanbul / Turkey

There was plenty of wayspots before the Intel Map split for Pogo so questions are…

How are you checking there is no Stops / Gyms?

Is it possible something like military base has blocked the area? (sometimes they go beyond the base).

How are you checking for wayspots? Are you using the upload nomination map?

If you are using this map, just be aware that not all of the orange wayfarer icons on the map are actual wayspots. A lot of them are Power Spot imports from a third party database that are not part of the wayfarer database.

Under normal circumstances I’d say you could try to ascertain which are Power Spots by their lack of pictures when you tap on them, but as you’re in Türkiye, this won’t necessarily be a feasible strategy, as Türkiye also had an import of data from Foursquare, and those locations are in the database as wayspots and most of them also didn’t have any images. So it would be pretty difficult to distinguish which locations have come from which import.

I have looked into this neighborhood and everything is working as intended. There are no issues with Wayspots.

So for example around the parts i live in there is many different orange spots(i left the main marker of the set location ss on where im standing in pokemon go screen)

But none of them shows up in pokemon go

I need location coordinates to be able to check the exact location. Please share it if you’re comfortable sharing it.

I am checking from the pokestop nomination screen because at first i was going to nominate some things byt realized most if the things are already marked as wayspots. No military base around as i know but the area I live almost seems to be blocked for some reason

The coordinates to the wayspot that is close to me in my right side in the ss shows up as XXXX in google maps

Thank you, yes im using the pokestop nomination map, so even if i cant know which is a wayspot, will it still be tagged duplicate if i nominate them ? Is there any way to turn them into active wayspots from powerspots

I have checked again and can confirm that there are no issues at this location. I see Power spots around this location.

I can confirm that I nominated the point of interest represented by an imported power spot, and it was not tagged as a duplicate by the community. There was recently a post where an appeals reviewer did mark an appealed nomination as a duplicate of an imported power spot, but this decision was overturned.

The issue with submitting these imported power spots as wayspots is that they often do not meet criteria to be a wayspot. Check out this post for clarification:

If you find something that is an imported power spot (the placeholder picture instead of a real photo is a good sign that it was an import) that meets criteria, then you can submit it.
