The short answer is that “you don’t”.
Pokémon GO uses cells to determine which Wayspots become PokéStops. You have one per S2 L17 cell. For this cell you have “Zber Jabĺk Art” as the Wayspot that’s a PokéStop.
“Ukrizovany” already exists in the database but will not be used as a PokéStop.
