Pokestop in PoGo still not appear

Hello, my nomination for pokestop was confirmed unfortunatelly didn’t appear in game. Its 4 days already from approve.

If your Wayspot is not eligible to appear in Pokemon Go in its real world location, there is nothing you can do. You can find something else to submit. Did you want to leave the gps coordinates so we can show you what the cells look like there?

The map I am looking at is out of date, but shows cells accurately. The red pin is at the coordinates you gave me.

Ok, this map is outdated… The Niantic/Scopely split of May 23, 2025 means this map has not been syncing new POI’s since then.

That being said - The coords you provided are in a occupied cell, meaning this POI will not meet the inclusion rules for Pokémon Go. There is nothing you can do to make it appear without potentially breaking a rule and risking a ladder punishment.

There is a possibility it could appear as a Power spot, but that is not up to the Wayfarer Team, Power spots fall under the jurisdiction of the Pokémon Go team.

Your nomination may…

  • become a Powerspot (Dynamax / Gigantamax) depending on its proximity to other waypoints.
  • replace the existing waypoint if that is removed for legitimate reasons. ***
  • be used in other Scopely games.

***Do Not attempt to get a legitimate wayspot removed just to get yours on to the map. This is seen as Abuse and can lead to suspension / bans of all accounts (Wayfarer, Pokemon Go and any other Scopely games).

Learn how s2 cell works to prevent future dissappointment. But know that missplacement of wayspot submission into empty cell for creating pokestop is subject to abuse ladder system
