Good day and welcome to the forum!
If you’d like to submit wayspots, you need to complete the onboarding via the Wayfarer website (given you are eligible in Pokémon GO). There will be a web submit feature and an option in PGO for app submissions (once you have logged in the same way you used via Wayfarer).
Be sure to read the criteria pages in tge website and the clarifications section in this forum.
