I don’t know if this is a Wayfarer issue, as staff here don’t handle PoGo gifts, but looking at what Google Maps and OSM display, both list Manzanares el Real, Madrid, Spain.
It’s currently the weekend, so it may take a bit longer for staff to take a look into this to see if this is an issue on Wayfarer’s end or an issue on PoGo’s end.
The problem it’s not about presents it’s about LOCATION. The location in the presents it’s wrong and the location of the Pokémon it’s also wrong. When you catch a pokemon you can see the place. Every pokemon and present has a wrong location. If the location is MANZANARES EL REAL you always read SOTO DEL REAL

We still don’t know if that’s the case, though. Wayfarer may have the address info correct, but PoGo is showing it incorrectly. If it’s located correctly, there may not be much that Wayfarer can assist with, as they don’t control how the location appears on PoGo gifts, and this may be causing some confusion for the PoGo team.
Again, best to wait until staff can take a look to see if this is a Wayfarer issue or if it’s a display issue with PoGo.
Pokémon Go Support can unfortunately be quite wrong sometimes. The issue you’re having is not wayfarer related.
Pokémon Go pulls map location data from various different sources, and things like the displayed postcard locations and caught locations can even vary depending on whether you’re on an Apple device or an Android device, as Google and Apple Maps have different ways of cataloguing the data that Pokémon Go uses.
Therefore, the issue is very likely with some of the map data that Pokémon Go draws from, but it’s not something anyone at Niantic can really help you fix as it’s more a problem with the map provider, and that could be a variety of different sources as stated above.
If you do try to contact PoGo support again, try wording this differently and not use the word “location.” Try saying something like “the municipality is displayed incorrectly on this gift card,” then provide how it should be correctly displayed in-game.
Using location may confuse PoGo support in thinking this is a Wayfarer issue, as in the Wayspot is in the wrong location on the Wayfarer map, not that the display of the municipality is the actual issue.
Is the real life pokestop pin in the correct spot? It’s just an issue of what name is displayed, not where it is located right?
There doesn’t appear to be an issue with the location of the Wayspot, as it’s at 40.726802,-3.865109.

It means your report has been passed on to the relevant team, but it wasn’t possible to give you an immediate explanation. This also means your report has been taken seriously.
How long it takes to have an answer?
Do keep in mind that this did have to be brought up to the relevant team, which isn’t Wayfarer. Once the Wayfarer team has heard back from the relevant team working on this, they will update you. We don’t know how long this will take, so best to be patient.
The issue isnt a Wayfarer issue, Oren forwarded the bug to the relevant team as a courtesy, but I wouldnt expect a back and forth communication on the issue if its even picked up by the PoGo team.
