Is this another one of those things that has to be in English to work? @MegaTrainerRed will know.
Otherwise, the pogo toggle only works over a short distance while you are right there on location. It does not work remotely.

Hi, welcome, yes this is a known bug with quite a number of non-English system locales in the Pokémon GO nomination interface. For now your best workaround is to set your device to English before nominating. I am hoping it gets fixed in the near future as it is really inconvenient for non-English speakers.

OH! @Xenopus mentioned this has possibly been fixed. Check your games and see if it works in your language now!
