Many homeowners allow others in their neighborhood to use the play equipment at their homes, as that was something I did in the rural town I grew up in, but it doesn’t mean that it meets Wayspot criteria. It’s still PRP, unless a government entity, like a local park district, has taken over control of the area where the playground is.
