Ahhhh. The logo is old but the gate isn’t. Even without “old doesn’t automatically mean eligible”, this is a long way from being suitable.

Do you have picnic table or gathering spot ? It might be eligible. Do you have fountain or gazebo in reception area?

That’s not how it works. Everyone has to follow the same criteria.
As others have said, if you share the coordinates of your nomination, or your rough area, people will be able to make suggestions for eligible Wayspots.

Starting with “Madonna Di San Piero A Quaracchi” there seems to be a good area here.

By “after the bridge”, it looks like you mean this area:
The area to the south of the Fosso Macinante is already decent populated, but the area to the north is fairly sparse (based on Ingress portals, which is slightly out of date but a decent indication).
Is this the area?
I suspect that you are thinking “this area needs and deserves more wayspots”, which can lead to you submitting things that are simply not meeting any criteria.
It is more helpful if you have the mindset “I would like to add wayspots - what can I find that would be suitable”. This is more likely to lead to you adding things successfully, even if you can’t find them exactly where you would like them.

The issue is that the Ingress map is getting out of date for using in Pokemon Go investigations. Wayspots might have been renamed, moved, removed, added for Niantic (Pokemon Go), without those changes being done to Niantic Spatial (Ingress).
The Ingress map is a good tool, bit not fully reliable. The ability to show the cells and the pokemon pokestop/gym count is not necessary for this area, as you are unlikely to have a problem with overlapping wayspots.
