Another work of art giving value and honoring a deceased artist, and they don’t accept it.
What is your documentation on this one? It just looks like a business name to me.

If you mean Frida Kahlo, doesn’t this say Fpida?

Without seeing the actual nomination and knowing more about why it wasn’t accepted (reasons? community review, or ML bot?), it will be hard for anyone to help much.
I guess in an “artsy” way this is supposed to say “Frida”, not FPIDA. I would suspect, that without good supporting information, reviewers may fail to recognize this as art.
I see she was a prominent Mexican painter in the first half of the 20th century (per her Wikipedia page).
Personally, I’m interested in why the building was named after this artist. What’s the story here? Rather than the sign/art, perhaps the building itself is a worthy wayspot.
