every building on my city must have a work art on the entrance giving the building a “signature” as well work for the artist that the people on the building choose to make the art (is like a competition of which building have the most beautiful art work)

Do you have a link to this ordinance?

Or a link to this being a work by an artist?

Wouldn’t this be classed as Trespassing since it’s a Business?

Business is allowed and eligible

I stand corrected, apologies.

I can see why reviewers rejected it - it is a judgement call. This is not a cast-iron “must accept because it is art”, but something that reviewers have to decide if it is art and is worth exploring.

this is ridiculous….I’ve seen graffiti’s “TAG” style being approved….and clearly not a permanent thing… and this that is something nice and lovely to see they don’t approve it…

Vandalism isn’t eligible and will be removed when reported.
