The submission UI leaves a lot unsaid, even the criteria gets a passing remark with a link that is not required to be opened to proceed.
You are appealing a restoration. I have observed that these types of appeal require verifiable evidence.
The contributions page doesn’t currently show changes about the wayspot that has been accepted and removed. In some cases, an approval does not mean it was acceptable in the first place. This is the nature of the review process, sadly.
