That looks like vandilism.

For the purposes of Wayfarer, the kind of art that is eligible and their stance on vandalistic tags has been clarified pretty explicitly: Unique Art
I would suggest avoiding confusing the submitter.

Just a reminder that there was a clarification about Art made by Niantic.
What has been drawn in the shutters appears to be a tag and that aligns it with the unacceptable and unauthorized vandalism.
You can see from a mile away that it’s vandalism, they’re the classic graffiti you make to feel “strong” with your friends
I didn’t want to start a debate about what is art and what isn’t. My opinion is that graffiti/murals are drawings (even poorly done), but drawings. In my opinion, even if they are an important artistic form, with particular techniques, etc., they don’t constitute valid candidates for consideration (I repeat, for me).

I am all for art and expression. In this case it is the medium that is in question. Niantic wanted to make sure that people were not nominating things that would not last long since vandalism is not authorized and may be painted over regularly. Also the words or graphics may be gang related or in some other way offensive. In order to avoid real life community issues, they clarified what they don’t want as part of their games.

My simplified version of the Graffiti / Mural argument which works for me the majority of the time is…
Authorised by the property owner and / or the authorities = Mural = Accept.
Not authorised = Graffiti = Reject.
There are the rare exception to the rule but usually works for me and if I am not sure I can always Skip.

No no assolutamente, uso Google traduttore per scrivere in inglese quindi magari ha tradotto male prova a scriverlo in italiano anche se poi penso la traduzione sia quasi uguale i disegni che raffigurano un personaggio, una storia ecc.. anche se fatti male per me validissimo (il tuo esempio va benissimo) quello che a mio parere non candido sono le scritte anche se magari fatte bene con diversi colori o tecniche di pittura particolare (questo vale per la maggior parte dei casi poi magari c’è quella scritta talmente fatta bene e mi dico magari provo a farla) (l’ho scritto anche dall’altra parte ma non so come si fa a spostarlo di qui quindi lo riscrivo cosi per essere chiari)
Do you realize if wayfarer allow vandalism to become wayspot, there will be more people vandalize wall to make wayspot . Wayfarer cant support such illegal activity
