Gym not showing in game, but shows on wayfarer

Hello,
One of the gym I had a pokemon in suddenly disappeared from game. I can still see it on wayfarer map, and I can see my pokemon in it, but don’t see it in game. It says that this gym is currently closed when I click on the pokemon. Is it a glitch? Can this gym come back to game? It’s been couple days since it disappeared. It also happened in the past but always came back.

I think this just means that the property owner has assigned hours for the gym to be open. Have you been near it in person while it says this to see what it says in game?

Are any other wayspots nearby also effected (currently not visible ingame)?

I have been near it in game and it’s just empty space in place where the gym was.
