Last thursday 09/10/25 in the evening as I opened the game I saw that a gym was missing, as I checked in the campfire app it was showing that the gym is available at its spot. I thought I could be a bug but till now 13/10/25 the gym isn’t back to its location but in the campfire it’s even now showing that the gym is present at its original location. I don’t know what’s the reason for it. Can anyone tell why is it so.
Campfire doesn’t update at the same time as the Pokémon GO map so can be outdated. If the gym doesn’t exist, the Wayspot may have been reported for removal and removed, or may have been moved meaning it no longer meets the inclusion criteria for Pokémon GO
This wayspot wasn’t nominated by me. Though I don’t know about its history but hen I first came to this city particularly this location this wayspot was already present as a powerspot, it later became a pokestop and when I added 2-3 more Pokestops for the total to be 20+ in this Level 14 cell it became a Gym. It was a gym for a period of exactly 1 month and got disappeared.
