Gym or not gym?

The algorithm appears to be counting this as a gym, but it is not a gym in game:
Statue of a Woman with Child
I know y’all don’t vouch for information from third party tools or websites, but the tools show a crossed out gym here, and the L14 only has 2 gyms.

There is another Pokestop in the same L17:
Mayors Fountain
Can y’all “reinforce the density and inclusion rules” here?

Thanks for the report @cyndiepooh . There is a Gym at this location and it should be reflecting on the gameboard now.
