Additional Information (if any): This mural has been part of the street landscape for quite many years, and was done because there is a Tatoo studio next to it (hence why the title of the removed gym). Its one of the few graffiti art around that is interesting to see and it is still present to this day, I don’t know why was this poi removed out of nowhere after 7 years of existance, or atleast I’d like to know why it doesn’t meet criteria if it was deleted
Niantic has been removing tags and temporary looking graffiti lately, but this looks much more permanent and artistic to me. What does it say? That might help strengthen your appeal if it is not someone’s tag.
(Tattoo parlors are usually considered ineligible as adult locations, but iirc murals on the outside can be considered.)
An early clarification, like Cyndie suggested stated that murals outside of these ineligible locations can be considered… if… they wernt just ads/marketing for the ineligible location, which this seems to be.
