The portal has been removed 6 times now. It has been reinstaled 5 times by Niantic support
Would love to understand why the retirement since it has been restored 6times earlier and now not.
If it seems that the location is a private residential property which I asume is the reasoning behind it.
We clearly see that this street lighting is part of the walkway, and these are never placed on private property. However, we very often see in residential areas (within Sweden) how poorly the owners fulfill their obligations to not let hedges grow and encroach on municipal land, among other things.
This is IN the street not on residential property. They are not allowed to be on residential property. I do not know what this player uses as excuse to remove this portal again and again (pls check that) but its a legitimate sign on public property and not in anyones garden even if the hedge grows around it, as the hedge was placed outside (or just on the inside the borde line) the residential property as they did in the old days. So its on public property and should be a wayspot. If this was the case then most signs in the ingress/pokemon game should be removed. I even know of portals INSIDE private property that is allowed in ingress as long as its reachable form the outside.

Yes this is the same as I see in the U.K.
the line of the property is obscured, but utility posts in This situation are actually rooted on public land.
This lightpole is city property maintained by the city, signs on the lightpole is city property , and its on publie city property. So please restore the portal
Again for the 9:th time this portal has been removed by an agent. It is a legitimate portal and every time i get it to level 7 its removed and I get an empty portal back.
Would it be possible for you to please restore the portal again, and if possible with the resonators that was in it, because its hard to get other agents to visit me and fill it with R8.
I do not know why this agent who i think it is gets it removed time after time. Its a legitimate portal checked several times now

Jag förstår din frustration, men wayfarer är del av Scopely numera, och Ingress är fortfarande under Niantics vingar.
Detta forumet hanterar Wayspots, vilket inte är samma kartbas längre som Ingress använder sig av och behöver adresseras i deras forum.
Om det mot förmodan handlar om att den försvunnit som wayspot kan den hanteras här återigen.
Ja det är en speciellt spelare som blivit avstängd med sina gamla konton som igen lyckats rapportera bort en portal/wayspot för 9:e gången. Så ja det är en wayspot. Jag vet inte var jag ska rapportera det annat än här. Har du tips om var man annars ska anmäla detta så är jag glad. Vill ju ha tillbaks min portal/wayspot gärna med länkar och rssonatorer som den såg ut innan, om det inte går så gärna bara få tillbaks min portal/wayspot i alla fall, kanske med nån slags skydd mot att den tas bort hela tiden av denna elaka agent som inte gillar att den finns i närheten av mitt hem

Eftersom att du relaterar till Ingress, så är det inte en wayspot - och då känner jag bara till detta just nu som möjlighet, men det är baserat på att jag inte har sökt aktivt efter andra forum för Ingress då jag inte har haft några problem gällande portaler själv ännu. Så här får vi se om andra kan ge bättre förslag.
