Make some (pogo) friends and start looking for things you can submit once you hit 37!

It’s probably best to reach out to players who are local to you so that they can come and submit new points of interest.
Yeah those 5 levels take almost no time nowadays!

Becoming a wayfinder is probably the best way forward.
As has been said getting some pokefriends is the easiest way to get to level 37.
You can very usefully use the time it will take to learn about wayfarer, find good things to nominate, that will work with the Pokémon Go inclusion rules and be ready for when you reach level 37.
The Nomination Support area is a good place to get help.
