How can I get these edits to go through?

Ok, background first - we have a local park that has a sculpture trail. Most of the sculptures are in various Niantic games. In the games, they have random names given by the players who nominated the objects.

This past summer, with an eye to submitting title and description edits, I stopped by the park office to ask about the titles, artists, descriptions, etc. Turns out they have a collection in a binder with everything I was asking for, and they are hoping to get a booklet printed eventually. Meanwhile, the binder is available to view, and they were okay with me taking photos of the pages for pieces I knew were already in the various games.

I got distracted, then remembered I had the information when the current Wayfarer edit challenge started. So I took an evening to submit the correct titles, and edit the description for those I have info on. So far, two of the ten title edits have been rejected, including one rejected on appeal.

The one rejected on appeal is located at Ingress

Current title: Curly Sculpture
Title edit submitted: Ascension

At this point, I suppose I will need to post an appeal on every single one of these?

With title edits we don’t have the opportunity to prove the quality or value of our edit suggestions. Without that, getting title edits like these approved will prove to be challenging.

You may well have to appeal on the forum each one that comes back rejected, then using the page from that book as support for your appeal. Even then, Niantic staff may well decide the original title was “good enough”, as they seem to have a bias against title edits.
