Emails are not sent out for Wayfarer help chat requests, and this has long been a known issue. Do a web search for Wayfarer tools to find the extension.

Okay looking into it, i think I may have been mistaken on emails through Ingress game… and helpshift no longer has REMY, so can’t verify that.

@NianticAaron sorry to bother you but can you see if the case was resolved? I have no way of getting back to the ticket and the 20 or so way spots on SFPRP are all still there as of yesterday. There are about eight 1-2 acre lots with houses on them where someone has put 20 obvious fake way spots, one even in a house. It’s clear abuse, so I’d like to follow up I. It, but there is no way to do so with HelpChat. If it helps, the ticket number is 31807205.
I can reach out through help chat but there is no option for that.
If you have been told previously and don’t want to do this for whatever reason, apologies, but at this stage I would just put my request in the abuse form linked at the top if I were you. Exact same functionality and purpose as the abuse help chat option you are using but ticket generation with email follow-up and no possibility of losing the ticket outside of losing the email. The two methods are somewhat redundant but the form option is way more reliable imo, and was implemented at a later time, I would guess as a response to the multiple complaints of the community on help chat.
This does not change the fact that the frequent data deletion in help chat and its lack of email ticket generation are very disappointing and that it’s not right that you are not getting feedback on your current ticket (please check for them when you can, @NianticAaron ), but at least there is an alternative for the future.
Almost everyone occasionally loses their tickets through browser data deletion on tickets that take a long time to review, on almost every device, at this point it’s not just our browser settings, it’s just really not a good technology for this kind of reporting. So at this point I would just cut my losses and switch to the other reporting method.
