I recently got two such signs accepted, including one being an appeal. Someone had got one approved: Terrace Villas Community on Makati Circle (37.249162,-121.806056) [rochester] I thought that was annoying. I knew of one other similar sign on the other side of the complex. I took some pics of it, but never got around do doing anything with them.
