How to move wayspot?

I SUCCESFULLY created a wayspot, which Is totally useless. It’s been approved. How can I move It few meters so hopefully It gets displayed in game? It currently only Is a waystop and I only play pogo

If the Wayspot is already correct, there is nothing to do, moving an already correctly placed Wayspot solely so that it appears in our game of choice is considered absue.

I realise it might not help but it could possibly become a powerspot.
If you would like to tell us the co ordinates and title we can look and see.

What about big places that occupies a lot of spaces tho?
If they occupy 4 cells.. I Just want to move It to a free Cell, still occupied by the wayspot

Once it is agreed and if it’s in a good place to act as an anchor for the object then it can’t be moved as it is considered game manipulation.
If you give the place we can say more clearly.

Niantic has stated that trying to move from an already correct position is considered abuse

Yesss, how do I correct a wayspot? Pogo only allows to propose to move already existing pokestops or gyms, NOT wayspot.

  • If U correct a wayspot from an occupied Cell to a free Cell (and It go through) Will It naturally appear in pogo too (as a pokestop)?

You can move an incorrectly placed Wayspot through help chat at https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/help

They will only move a location if the physical spot in the real world is wrong, and they normally need geotagged photos for evidence if the correction isn’t very obvious on Maps.

Once again to make sure that you don’t get in trouble for doing this edit, they will not do moves to put something in a free cell so that it will show in Pokemon Go. Only for actual real-world corrections.

What are Power spot based on?

  • There are a ton of wayspot used as Power spot but that doesnt have any photo .. I believe they were autogenerated
    Can we do anything about them?
    Can we create more Power spots or propose some wayspot with no photo?

Again player observation…..
If you have 2 wayspots in a level 17 cell one can become a pokestop and if the other is more ran 22m from a pokestop it may become a powerspot.
So your wayspot if it meets those rules may appear in the game as a powerspot.
So you can add wayspots hoping to be powerspots.
