I noticed that one of my old pokestops is in the wrong position and i wanted to remove it and cadidate it in the right position. How can i do that?

Just to add and I am not implying that this is what you are trying to do…
Make sure your “Location Edit” request is moving an incorrectly placed waypoint to its correct location.
Moving a waypoint just to get it on the map is seen as abuse and could lead to warnings / suspensions.
Even moving it from a correct location to an equally correct location can be classed as abuse.

I was trying to move it in another near cell (still in the parking lot of the mall tho) to make it appear in the game

We always try to make clear here that Niantic considers moving a Wayspot solely for game manipulation to be abuse, even if it is to an equally accurate location, because that isn’t clear in the help statement, and we don’t want anyone to get into trouble.
The help statement about location edits under what should be considered abuse reads
Invalid location edits:
- Attempts to move the Wayspot to a location away from the object with which it’s associated (for example, moving the Wayspot to a different city/country)

Please do make the edit if it is a real life correction! I reported one yesterday, and had it fixed in just a couple of hours. If the correction to the actual location just happens to make it appear in Pokemon Go, that is fine. Mine yesterday did not.

This does sound like one you should not attempt. Only if the current location is wrong.

It’s ok to ask.
Its much better to ask here and learn what is and isn’t going to work or be acceptable than go ahead without knowing the bigger picture

I wanted to try since it’s the only mall i submit that doesn’t appear in the game (i sent it before i was used to cells and i still regret it)
The current location is literally near the entrance of the mall (it’s very accurate)

My thought at the time was someone else in a similar situation may come across this thread and I just wanted to give anybody the warning.
It’s not worth risking your accounts for 1 extra stop / gym (remember, warnings / suspensions will affect wayfarer and games accounts).
You have already succeeded in the hard part of getting a waypoint accepted, depending on it’s proximity to stops / gyms it may appear as a powerspot.

The bad news is the fact that it doesn’t even appear as powerstop and I can even candidate a surrogate. The POI i’m talking about is “Centro Commerciale La Fontana” in Termoli and you can see it on IITC Mobile.
Tbh it’s not even that hard to have a POI accepted…unless reviewers just straight up refuses (i got things refused even tho they’re valid like billboards, beach playgrounds and playgrounds because the photos are “blurry” [it can be clearly seen] or because it’s “generic”)
Wayfarer and Pokemon Go are no longer with the same company as Ingress which is what IITC was for?
I know, but it’s the most useful tool i have to check POIs in my city for now (i even added all the points i added lately) just to be 100%.
I am afraid that you are correct that it is too close to be a power spot as well. But I don’t think that you could have legitimately pinned this any further from the sign. It is close, so maybe?

I could have, maybe on the streets by submitting the photo of the mall (or taking pictures of the sign that can be seen in the streets) from the outside.
But of course at the time i didn’t think about it
