How to move wayspot?

Niantic has stated that trying to move from an already correct position is considered abuse

Wayspots for larger objects should be located at the natural point of approach. Correcting the location of a Wayspot is never considered abuse unless it is moved around just to manipulate the gameboard. Hope this answers your question.
